Major Shutdown Support

Local Paper Mill

During a planned outage, the mill needed heavy mechanical work across multiple zones of the line.

MPS removed large process rolls, installed upgraded gear, and retro-fitted new tail-thread components, fabricating parts on site and coordinating step-for-step with the mill’s engineers.

Shutdown stayed on schedule, safety never dipped, and MPS remained through commissioning to ensure a smooth production restart.

MOD10 Shaft-Handler Install

Hautamäki

Jarshire hired MPS Engineering to fit a MOD10 shaft-handler to a key printing press at Hautamäki.

Careful pre-planning, safe off-loading, mechanical build, and laser-precise alignment, all finished inside the agreed window, fully compliant with site safety rules.

Handler slotted seamlessly into the press. MPS stayed on for last-minute tweaks before commissioning, so production could resume with zero hiccups.
